First floor: Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including a dining area with a lounge and bench seat. The living room also features a south-facing terrace.

Second floor: Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and a balcony (6.75m², south-facing), and one with two bunk beds and a desk. One bathroom with a shower.
